Salome is a seasoned professional with over eighteen years working experience in the HR field. She has developed in-depth experience and skill in change in business and culture transformation in merger and acquisition situations, setting up HR functions in greenfield operations, exposure with expatriate and diversity management and implementation of Performance Management System.
She’s the current Director for Research and Business Development at the National Communications Authority (NCA) in Ghana, where she’s worked over the last 8 years, analyzing industry data for regulatory interventions and evaluating corporate performance of the Strategic Plan. Prior to NCA, she worked extensively in the telecommunication sector and also had a stint in lecturing Organization Behavior & Human Resource. Salome has an interest in HR analytics and evidence-based decision-making in HR administration.
Patricia Jane Mumuni
Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana
Patricia is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a Partner at ENSAfrica Ghana. Her experience over the last 10 years includes advising clients on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate insolvency, anti-bribery compliance, data privacy and data protection, employment and labor and general corporate and commercial law.
Prior to joining ENS Africa, Patricia worked as a Relationship Manager at Bank of Africa, assisting clients to achieve their financial goals.
She is presently pursuing a Masters of Laws in Information Technology from the University of Ghana. In addition, Patricia has a Bachelor of Law from the University of Ghana and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law.
Patricia is recognized for her Commercial, Corporate and M&A work as a leading and recommended lawyer by The Legal 500 EMEA 2023, 2022, 2021 and by Chambers Global Guide 2023.
Elizabeth Operabea Sikah
Head, International Banking (Retd), National Investment Bank
Elizabeth is a Chartered Banker with over 35 years’ experience in banking. She is skilled and experienced in international banking and trade finance. She started her career at National Investment Bank as an officer and rose to become a Director for International Banking Operations before retiring, having worked at various directorates including corporate banking, projects, branch operations and international banking.
She has significant experience in branch operations and contributed to building a robust system and procedures for evaluating risk and fraud prevention. She is a Chartered Banker and holds an MBA in Finance from Central University.
