Zee De Gersigny is a seasoned investment professional with over two decades of experience across Africa, London, and New York, specialising in venture and early-stage finance, impact investing, and SME financing.
Zee currently serves as Investment Head for Venture and Early-Stage Financing Vehicles at FSD Africa Investments, where she focuses on developing new and alternative financing solutions for SMEs. She previously served as a Director at the Collaborative for Frontier Finance, leading the Early-Stage Capital Providers cluster and growing its network to over 100 local capital providers across emerging markets.
Her career includes co-founding Victus Global Capital, focused on transforming agriculture and empowering women in Africa through impact investment and trade, and serving as Managing Director of Momentum Africa Investments and Chief Investment Officer of Momentum Investment Consulting.
Zee is a CFA charterholder and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cape Town Business School and an MSc in Sustainable Development from the University of Sussex.
