Finance Manager
Role Summary
The role will report to the Managing Director (“MD”) of the Firm, working closely to ensure standardization, transparency and accountability in the Firm’s procedures and processes, and in maximizing the impact of the Firm’s mission. The role will broadly be responsible for;
• Investment processes and portfolio monitoring
• Investment and Cash Flow Management
• Capital Planning & Disbursement and Budgeting
• Financial Reporting
• Risk Management and Internal Controls.
Technical Assistance Manager
Role Summary
The Technical Assistance Facility Manager will lead the implementation and management of SIA’s Technical Assistance Facility across its investment and advisory platforms. The role will ensure that TA interventions effectively address the operational, strategic, and impact needs of investee funds and their companies, while meeting donor and investor expectations for transparency, accountability, and measurable results.
Compliance Officer
Role Summary
The Compliance Manager will oversee SIA’s regulatory and compliance framework, ensuring that all operations, funds, and advisory mandates adhere to applicable laws, internal policies, investor requirements, and ethical standards. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can navigate complex investment structures and regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions.
